I am unable to connect to the library from off campus.

When logging in from home to use library resources from off campus you use the username and password that you use to access your St. Rose email or Canvas. If you are still unable to access after putting in your St. Rose username and password the most likely difficulty is with the firewall of your Internet Service Provider.
